In 2012, San Jose Mercury News journalist Lisa Krieger published a series of articles called "The Cost of Dying" which sought to explore how people can take control of how they die in an era of near-limitless medical interventions. As part of our Book to Action programs, she will join us to talk about her experiences that led to the series, conversations we all should have with our loved ones, and steps to make sure your desires are know to all involved.
