To Reserve a Study Room

Our Libraries have several study rooms for you to use. You can reserve our study rooms up to one week in advance using LiquidSpace. Please use the buttons below to access LiquidSpace, then scroll down to directly book using the calendar feature.

 
• Rooms can be booked for up to 1 hour. Longer reservations will be modified.

• One booking per day, per group. Duplicate reservations will be deleted. Individuals may not be part of more than one group.

• Bookings may be scheduled up to one week in advance.

• One user Library Card or school/government official photo ID will be held for check-in and returned at check-out.

• Study Rooms will be held for 15 minutes past the beginning of the reserved time. After that time the reservation will be cancelled.

• Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• No in-and-out privileges. (i.e. leaving in the middle of your booking to have lunch). Due to high demand, your room will be given to other users if the room is vacated.

Commercial advertising, vending, selling or soliciting of any type, as well as any other commercial or for-profit activities, are strictly prohibited on Library grounds.

Library staff reserves the right to cancel or remove groups who violate our policies without prior notice.

Our Libraries have several community rooms for you to use. Visit our Policy for Use of Library Community Rooms to see if your organization or event is eligible for reservation. 

If you would like to reserve a larger community room, please call the Library first to check on availability at 408-615-2995.  After, you will download and fill-out the appropriate form to email it to LIBAdmin@santaclaraca.gov.
