The Santa Clara City Library offers Library Field Trips, virtually and in-person. Field trips are 45 minutes.

Request a Field Trip  We encourage you to schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance. Can't make it to the library, we can visit you? Contact Youth Services Library Program Coordinator Rachel Schmidt at rschmidt@santaclaraca.gov to arrange a classroom visit. 

Library Card Applications

If your students want to apply for Library cards, you can download our Library Card Application to print in your classroom. The application must be filled and sign by a parent or guardian. Please return the applications to the library a week prior to your Library Field Trip, so we can have the cards ready for your classroom when you arrive.
