Library Programs have shifted to using Zoom and we know that sometimes there can be technical difficulties.  Here are some troubleshooting tips to help you get into the program as quickly as possible.  If these don't work, feel free to reach out to the contact person for the program (listed in the program event page).

Troubleshooting Tips:

• Download the most up-to-date Zoom before attempting to enter a Zoom meeting.
• Check your Wifi or Internet connection. Try to minimize the amount of devices used during the time of the program as that puts a strain on your network.
• When in doubt, you can always call in for the program using the phone numbers given below the zoom link.
