Bombay Jam is a total body workout that infuses Bollywood Dance moves with cardio and toning for a total body workout. Learn from Certified Bollywood Jam Instuctor, Ella Felix, how to twist, turn, and shake it like your favorite Bollywood stars.
This program is a 45-minute workout and will be hosted in the front of Northside Branch Library.
The Santa Clara City Library suggests you wear and bring:
- Athletic clothing and shoes
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Sunscreen
For Adults 18 and above. All participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
