Receiving a job offer is exciting but negotiating your salary can be difficult, especially when you feel like you are not being compensated adequately. Find out from our salary negotiations professional how to negotiate without turning off your potential employer. 

 This program will cover:

- Where do you start with your salary negotiation or what range should I give them? Do you start with your previous salary or use websites to benchmark others in the same position?
- How do you determine what salary will not turn off your potential employer?
- How to negotiate for extra benefits like mileage reimbursement, equipment, uniforms, internet access, etc. 
- If I am counteroffering, how far should I push my compensation? 
- What happens if I have been doing my job for years with added tasks and responsiblities and have not received a raise in years? How do I ask for a salary increase?
