It's time to turn in your Reading Log and pick up your certificate of achievement and FREE BOOK for participating in the Summer Reading Program this year!

Bring your Reading Log to one of these Santa Clara City Libraries:

	Northside Library 695 Moreland Way (408) 615-5500			Monday & Tuesday Wednesday - Saturday			11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Awards will be available only during posted days/times. We cannot accommodate early or late pickups. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
We will not accept Reading Logs from other libraries.
If you have misplaced your Reading Log, you may print out a new one.
