NORTHSIDE Animal Read-athon Session 2: It's READING Cats and Dogs (For Ages 9-12 ONLY)

What a PUR-fect day to read to dogs and cats at the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority! You will get the opportunity to practice your reading skills on live cats and dogs. The Santa Clara City Library Bookmobile will be on-site so you can pick out the best reading material for our cats and dogs. 

Schedule:
11:30-12 noon - Pick out reading material on the Bookmobile and sign Liability Waiver.

12-12:30 pm - Read to cats in the "Ya-Ya Room" or dogs in the "Barking Lot"

12:30-1 pm - Then switch rooms- Read to cats in the "Ya-Ya Room" or dogs in the "Barking Lot"

For ages 9-12 ONLY

Eventbrite registration is required.

Please register under your child's name. In order to fit as many readers as possible, Parents will need to stay in our "Parent Waiting Area" which will be outside of the reading rooms. Liability waiver must be signed by all participants (we are not responsible if your child has allergies to dogs and/or cats).
