MISSION: Yoga For Seniors

Invigorate your afternoon routine! Join us at the Mission Branch as yoga instructor Angie Poon will lead a session of gentle yoga tailored for seniors. Please bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (if you do not have your own, there will be some available to borrow).
