- Learn about the NEW "Empower Homebuyers SCC": Santa Clara County's New First-Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program administered by Housing Trust Silicon Valley
- Meet and talk with Preferred Loan Officers at the Workshop about Qualifying for a First Mortgage
- Learn about other sources of down payment assistance and other Affordable Housing Options Available in Santa Clara County and the Bay Area
