Santa Clara City Library has teamed up with LinkedInLocal Bay Area to provide potential job seekers tools to increase their network. Guest speaker Oscar Garcia, CEO of Aspira, will help you master the art of building professional relationships so you are in control of your next career moves.

Oscar is the Founder & Chief Empowerment Officer of Aspira, a community relations, workforce development and training firm.
