Santa Clara Public Library

Paula Williams Madison grew up in Harlem, where her Asian features set her apart from others in the African-American community. When she began to research the family history of her Chinese grandfather, she discovered a large extended family that were overjoyed to meet her.

Attend this special screening of the documentary film Finding Samuel Lowe, based on Madison's journey, as part of this year's Silicon Valley Reads program.

The movie will begin promptly at 7 p.m.; doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Seating is first-come, first-served. Registration does not guarantee entry to the event; however, registering online is a great way to get an email reminder.
