Finding your next job is all about nailing the interview. However, once you've exhausted the pleasantries and moved beyond the basics of your strengths, weaknesses, and skills, what really sets you apart from the other candidates? 

Albert Qian - founder of Albert's List, has spent the last few years thinking about this very question and thinks he has the answer: the stakes. While not as juicy as their meatier counterpart, knowing what's at stake may be the difference between landing an offer letter or getting the dreaded rejection email.
