How do you develop consistent project management processes in startups and small business?  The research is clear; organizations that increase their standardization of project management do projects better, ensuring higher levels of success in reaching goals. Debra shares her 20 plus years of teaching and consulting experiences, both good and bad, in building project support systems in a variety of organizations. You will learn specific steps and tools that allow you to walk away and start implementing immediately within your organization.

Debra Hildebrand is the Founder and CEO of Hildebrand Solutions, a project management training and consultation firm. Her consulting specialties include strategic planning and implementation, organizational redesign and restructure, project management, portfolio and PMO implementation and corporate PM training.

In addition to her consulting, Debra has eight years’ experience instructing project management classes for Stanford University and the University of Washington (UW).  She sits on the Advisory Board for the UW Project Management Certificate Program and is highly involved in the development of project management curriculum. Additionally, she has scripted and filmed over 200 educational videos. Debra is a certified PMP and has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, NY.
