Join Stanford Psychologist Dr. Meag-gan O'Reilly for a review of the science on happiness. Her talk will distill the main tenants of what factors contribute to sustained joy, fulfillment and happiness across a lifetime. You will be guided in how to apply these core truths into you daily life and thus build your own personalized blueprint for happiness.
Dr. O'Reilly received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado. She completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford University's Counseling and Psychological Services in the Vaden Heath Center where she currently works as a licensed Psychologist. Dr. O'Reilly operates a private practice in downtown Palo Alto in which she provides clinical services for silicon valley professionals.
Her areas of clinical interest include social class, college student mental health, resilience, identity development and multicultural identities particularly gender and ethnicity. Her research covers several areas under the the umbrella of social justice and equality. She believes deeply in giving psychology away through teaching in the Stanford School of Medicine. She loves sharing her expertise and the transformative power of psychological science.
