Santa Clara Public Library

Akeelah, a young girl from Los Angeles, attempts to make it into the National Spelling Bee despite her life's difficulties. Feel free to bring snacks, blankets, and pillows.

Recommended for ages 7 & up, but attendance is up to parent's discretion. Registration is not required, but please note this is a high volume program. We recommend arriving early to find parking. Seating is in a first come, first served basis. Doors will close when program reaches maximum capacity.

Your attendance to this program grants permission to the City of Santa Clara to take your photograph and/or your child's photograph for marketing purposes.
