Bio: Kelley is an illustrator living in California. Her most
well-known series is the Ranger in Time series from Scholastic, but
she has also worked with American Girl, MacMillan, Disney Hyperion,
and more. She received her MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art
University and a BA in Japanese at San Jose State University. She
lives with her husband and two daughters.
