In celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month the Santa Clara City Library is honored to have author and community leader Trami Cron in discussion with SCCL librarian Helen Lutke, as a part of this webinar series for the month of May.
Trami is a longtime resident of Northern California and Executive Director of Chopsticks Alley Art. CAA is a non-profit promoting Southeast Asian cultural heritage through the creative shared expression of art to foster greater understanding, support, and celebration among individuals with differing abilities, the LGBTQ community, elders, and youth.
She is also the Chief Editor of Chopsticks Alley Publication, an online multi-media platform seeking to unite and empower Vietnamese and Filipino Americans with a special emphasis on emerging young leaders and cultural trends.
She is author of VietnamEazy, a novel about mothers, daughters, and food and has a Business Marketing degree from the University of Utah and she is a Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of San Jose.
