Due to unhealthy air quality, Curbside at Central Park Library and Mission Library Pickup have both been canceled today, Tuesday August 25th. Walk-up Returns will still be accepted from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. You can still reach us by phone at 408 615-2900 between the hours of 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
If you have holds ready to pick up, they will be extended until the first day we are reopened for curbside service.
If you would like to apply for a library card during this time,you can start the process by applying from home using our website. The application can be found here: https://sccl.santaclaraca.gov/selfreg. Please provide an email with your registration that will allow for us to contact you with your library card number and pin number.
Library resources are available 24/7 using our website. You can access eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines and newspapers like the New York Times and San Jose Mercury News remotely from your home with your Santa Clara City library card. Our website can be located at sclibrary.org
