Five years ago, Oscar Garcia, started with a vague idea of starting a business. He started consulting. Nearly a year later he made his first LinkedIn presentation at Northside Branch Library. Little did he know (and little did we know) that this first presentation at our library would catapult a life changing decision to grow his company, Aspira Consulting, into an international training and consulting firm. Today he has done over 375 seminars, trained over 12,000 professionals from five continents, and most recently launched a bilingual podcast, Career Talk With OG.

We are "pulling back the curtains" and breaking down his formula to success. We hope to learn from Oscar how he was able to transform from an introvert to an international speaker and a thriving, successful career. This session is geared towards anyone with an idea to make it big, side hustlers, and small business owners.
