Lawyers in the Library Program connects volunteer attorneys with community members. It is a FREE legal advice service.
How Does It Work?

Make an appointment online

The volunteer attorney gives you a call any time between the session hours on the appointment date.

This program is held every Monday (12 - 2 pm) and every Wednesday (3 - 5 pm)

Phone meetings, between participants and qualified volunteer attorneys, are free and limited to 20 minutes per session.

Few important things to remember:

You will be receiving a call from a blocked number any time between the session hours on the appointment day.

Please provide a safe number where attorney can leave a message if they cannot reach you, if you are not able to leave a safe number, please specify that no message should be left.

Pro Bono Project Lawyers cannot give any legal advice, if you are currently represented by an attorney.

You can only register for one legal advice session through the Lawyers in the Library program.
