Getting Children Excited About Math 1According to national polls, many adults say that they hated math in school. Math can be frustrating for anyone, especially children. Math is a skill that, if mastered, could yield huge career opportunities when your child becomes a successful adult. Learn from our expert how to help your child improve their attitude towards math:

  • What are the math concept benchmarks for each grade level? (elementary and middle school). For example, in 4th grade, children should be able to do fractions, decimals, etc.
  • How parents can assist with homework without frustrations and arguments.
  • Techniques to encourage and foster math within children
  • How children can gain confidence in math

For Parents of Children in Grades K-8

Eventbrite registration is required. Registration will end on Tuesday, March 9 at 12 noon PST. Participants who have registered will be given access credentials on March 9 by 3 pm PST.
