Mindful Mondays

Take some time to relax and calm your mind with this monthly series for kids focusing on mindfulness. We’ll practice breathing and stretching exercises, read books, and more! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. This program is recommended for children ages 3-8.
