The "roller coaster of life" can bring some wins and losses, ups and downs, and twists and turns. Dealing with the "ride" can take lots time to learn. Winning and losing will come up many times throughout your child’s life whether it is playing a competitive sport or a school spelling bee or a simple board game. These important early play experiences help us learn how to process our feelings. Learn from our speakers:

• How parents can teach children how to win and lose gracefully.
• How to prevent your child from being a sore loser and how to deal with meltdowns.
• Where to find teachable winning and losing moments.
• Why every child is different and not all children are cut out for competitions.
• Local competitions for kids in the area.

Eventbrite registration is required. Registration will end on Tuesday, November 9 at 12 noon PST. Participants who have registered will be given access credentials on November 9 by 3 pm PST.
