YS Halloween Parade & Dance PartyHalloween is almost here so come visit the Central Park Library for a fun Outdoor Parade and Dance Party for children ages 0-4! Meet us at the Parkside Entrance of the library, then after the parade, we'll do a monster boogie and show off our best dance movies.

Costumes are strongly encouraged!

Masks are required for children ages 2 and up.
