sleepParents, the struggle is really TIRING! Getting your child to go to sleep is one of the most frustrating and common parenting issues. Insomnia, bedtime fears, night terrors, sleepwalking, and bed-wetting can all disrupt your child’s natural sleep pattern. Learn from our expert how to deal with:

  • Light sleepers and kids who just don't want to go to bed.
  • How you can tell when your child isn't getting enough sleep?
  • How much kids actually need to sleep in each age range.
  • Waking up in the middle of the night.
  • Sleeping routines that work for children.

For Parents ONLY. This program is geared towards parents of 0-6 years old.

Eventbrite registration is required. Registration will end on Tuesday, November 2 at 12 pm PST. Participants who have registered will be given access credentials on November 2 before 3 pm PDT.

This program is sponsored by the Santa Clara City Library Foundation and Friends and the Las Madres Playgroup.
