Join us for our fun and interactive STEAM Lab where we'll conduct Spring themed experiments and activities! Download the supplies list or view below for the materials needed. This program is recommended for ages 7 and up with parental assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety concerns, participants will not be able to join in with video or audio. Parental supervision and assistance are required for this program at all times. All experiments are recommended for ages 7 & up.

Materials List

Activity 1 - Crystal Geodes

• Eggshell halves (cleaned and dried)
• Salt
• Water
• Food Coloring
• Alum powder
• 2-3 small glass jars or cups
• Spoon

Activity 2 - Walking Water

• 7 clear plastic or glass cups
• Food coloring in different colors (red, yellow, blue, purple)
• 2-3 sheets of white paper towels
• Pitcher of water

Activity 3 - Spring Bouquet

• Long or tall glasses or tubes
• Food coloring
• Water
• White flowers

Activity 4 - Rain Cloud in a Jar

• Large clear jar
• Shaving cream (not a gel)
• Gel Food coloring or washable watercolors
• Pipettes or droppers
