On June 30, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., outdoors near the Central Park Library's Parkside Entrance, we will have a special talk with the founders of Mama Teav's Hot Garlic! Having built careers at highly regarded culinary institutions, including Morimoto Napa, The French Laundry, The Progress, State Bird Provisions, and Nyum Bai they have gone back to their family’s kitchen to share their mother’s specialties with the world.

Mama Teav’s is a love letter to their mother and a celebration of family, community, and their Cambodian American identity.

So join us for a night of stories, entrepreneurial insight, and sample tasting of one family's journey from a war strewn past which created the foundations for a prosperous future, found within each homecooked bite. You do not want to miss this!
