Join us for a presentation by Jamila Ghanm, Project Sentinel - Housing Solutions and Community Mediation - to learn more about current Landlord Tenant Laws in California. This 1-hour presentation includes a Q&A session.

Presentation topics include:

• What eviction protections are currently in place
• Restrictions on rent increases
• The changes in what local agencies are responsible for enforcing, with regard to habitability
